We must “buck dance” to obtain the resources from anyone who may have the resources. We, the Melanotic, typically do not have resources to start and build anything substantial. We can’t build something from nothing because we are systemically denied the resources with which to build. We were, and are, left out in the cold to fend for ourselves. No one has, or will, help us (Benign Neglect). We must assimilate to, and/or infiltrate the System while simultaneously keeping in mind that we are assimilating (buck dancing) in order to ultimately gain the necessary resources with which to help ourselves and to distribute those resources to others. We, as individuals, must adhere to this formula (code) daily, in whatever position we find ourselves, and wherever we find ourselves. This code is the fastest way to obtain what we all want as a group. In this environment in which we are forced to live, we must rise as individuals first to obtain sufficient resources, then come back and save the rest.
